The short version: we only keep what we need to plan your party, and we never share it.
What we collect
Enquiries and bookings happen in the chat on this site. We keep what you type there, usually your email address and a few party details such as the date, your town and the number of guests. There’s no need to share your child’s details or medical information in the chat; Shayne will ask about allergies when she confirms your booking.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to you, plan the party and keep your child safe on the day.
Who sees it
Shayne, and Custom Software Solutions, who run this website and its chat. The chat’s replies are written by an AI assistant, so what you type is processed by a third-party AI provider under its own terms. We don’t sell, rent or share your details, and we don’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
Photos
We never take or share photos of children without a parent’s permission. If we’d love to share a set of nails, we’ll ask first, and we’ll keep faces out of it.
This website
The site doesn’t use advertising or tracking tools. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to fetch them.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. Email info@customsoftwaresolutions.co.nz and we’ll sort it out.
